Pricing

You design it, we buy it. We appreciate individuality and want to reward you for your creativity. Club Sally is happy to offer below retail pricing to our customers. Embrace your design, capture your style, and protect your pocketbook.


Shipping Info

Our goal is for you to receive your products in an efficient and cost-effective manner, so we are happy to offer free shipping to our customers. 

Because our antiques are all one-of-a-kind items, we strive to give them the best possible chance to arrive to you in perfect condition. Antiques have to be packaged, transported and insured in a very specific way. For that reason, the cost to ship antiques is generally higher than an ordinary item. We prefer to quote shipping costs for our antiques on a case-by-case basis. By doing this we insure that our customers get the best possible price for each product shipped.

We ask that you inspect your delivery upon its arrival and provide an acceptance signature upon receipt. If your goods are damaged upon arrival, please inform the shipping company and contact Club Sally Customer Care.

Returns

We stand behind our manufacturers and are fully confident that you’ll love the products you receive. That being said, we understand that your order might be different than what you expected. Club Sally will always work with you to make the situation right.

Returns will be accepted based off the
 return policy of individual vendors; however, most vendors with whom we work do not accept returns. If a vendor does allow a return, the customer will be responsible for return shipping. 

Custom orders cannot be returned: including fabric, trimming, furniture, lighting, and wall covering. In rare cases, wall covering can be returned within a certain period of time if it is unopened.

Damaged goods can always be returned and refunded with visual proof of damage upon arrival. Damaged fabric can only be returned if it is has not been cut.


Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After custom orders have been processed, goods cannot be returned or refunded.  All other processed orders will maintain the return policy of the vendor.
